Application in Coal Mine of Three-level Four-leg Shunt Active Power Filter Based on Frequency Dividing

摘要: 针对部分煤矿提升机系统采用直流全数字直流提升机电控设备,该设备在运行过程中,会产生大量谐波,对煤矿供电网络产生污染的问题。文章以三电平四桥臂APF为研究对象,采用基于分频控制思想的有源滤波器控制策略,重点分析了指定次谐波电流补偿分频控制技术,最后通过MATLAB对所设计的系统进行仿真验证,并通过实验平台对控制策略进行实验验证。

Abstract: Part of hoist system in coal mine adopt full digital DC motor speed control devices, which easily brings about harmonic wave and pollutes the coal mine grid. In order to solve this problem in the coal mine, four-wire system based on three-level four-leg topological structure is developed in this paper. The frequency dividing control algorithm is studied and Emphasis on specify the harmonic current compensation control technology. At last, It gives the specified harmonic current compensation control method for three-level four-leg through MATLAB simulation, and verify the control method through the experiment.
